英博啤酒(Inbev)面試題目
在開(kāi)始之前，不論能否進(jìn)入Final interview，我還是想先夸贊一下Inbev。Inbev的管培招聘是外包給Hudson的，整個(gè)流程非常專業(yè)；
從第一輪的筆試，到第二輪群面，再到第三輪的壓力面，第四輪的business game 和individual presentation，最后一輪的Final Interview。
招聘流程包含了招聘的所有基本環(huán)節(jié)，而且據(jù)我的了解，最開(kāi)始群面就是從Hudson的經(jīng)理開(kāi)始的，后面逐漸升級(jí)。（有一位師兄曾經(jīng)比較過(guò)各家公司的招聘流程，有興趣的可以查
資料看一下）
感言：能夠經(jīng)歷這樣一個(gè)流程，可以說(shuō)是找工作中彌足珍貴的經(jīng)歷。
而后，我們就一起進(jìn)入昨天(Dec 5th,2007 )的第四輪面試，第三面business game 和individual presentation。
This round interview was composed of business game and individual presentation.
For me, it’s the first time to experience this kind of business game, so moreto learn than want to win the game.
In the game, we are separated into 3 teams, and each team consists of 4 members.
In all, teams compete with each other by results of the EBITDA, and the marketshare of the products.
The steps of the game:
1. Team members choose the continent of your company;(Asia, Latin Pacific, North America are the three good choices);
2. then team member determine the price of the product, and how much money is used to promote, and how many employees you need to hire;
3. there will be 5 rounds of determine the price and the promotion and the employee numbers, but sometimes there will be only 4 rounds, maybe the company was acquired by another company, or bankrupted.
比較幸運(yùn)，我們隊(duì)最后取得了勝利，而且發(fā)了inbev的襯衣，回來(lái)拆開(kāi)看了是紅豆OEM的，不錯(cuò)不錯(cuò)！再贊一個(gè)。
下面再談一下Individual Presentation，
這一部分還是比較簡(jiǎn)單，時(shí)間分成兩段，開(kāi)始先閱讀材料，材料中有2個(gè)問(wèn)題，根據(jù)問(wèn)題閱讀材料并尋找答案；后一段做Presentation。
感覺(jué)更像案例分析，可以向面試官提問(wèn)問(wèn)題的，但是我忘記了。
Individual presentation總結(jié)：
1. 一定要把材料讀完，我就因?yàn)闆](méi)有注意一份材料，后面被challenge的要死；
2. 非經(jīng)管專業(yè)的同學(xué)如果想轉(zhuǎn)管理類，一定要老早開(kāi)始準(zhǔn)備英語(yǔ)，我吃了大虧；平時(shí)交流和Open questions沒(méi)有問(wèn)題，但是到了Case Analysis死的很慘。
暫時(shí)寫到這里吧，后面被大Boss challenge的要死，進(jìn)Final的機(jī)會(huì)渺茫。
還是開(kāi)始的話，非常感謝Inbev給我這樣的機(jī)會(huì)挑戰(zhàn)和學(xué)習(xí)很多，不論結(jié)果如何，
