ERP在物流企業(yè)中的應(yīng)用

摘要
企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃（ERP）在國(guó)外應(yīng)用較早，相關(guān)的理論著作也比較成熟，近幾年其在中國(guó)的成功應(yīng)用也證明了其價(jià)值所在，物流企業(yè)做為專(zhuān)業(yè)為企業(yè)做資源配送、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)等業(yè)務(wù)企業(yè)，ERP在物流企業(yè)中的應(yīng)用也更具研究意義。
本文闡述了ERP的相關(guān)概念，對(duì)ERP背景下國(guó)內(nèi)物流企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀做出了相應(yīng)的分析，指出了我國(guó)物流企業(yè)目前存在的問(wèn)題，提出物流企業(yè)信息化之路，并在幾個(gè)方面闡述了ERP在物流企業(yè)中的應(yīng)用，包括宏觀管理層面ERP的作用，微觀管理層次ERP在管理技術(shù)上的應(yīng)用，最后也指出了ERP實(shí)施過(guò)程中需要注意的幾個(gè)問(wèn)題。
本文運(yùn)用綜合分析的方法進(jìn)行研究，全文分三傳統(tǒng)而言，ERP在物流企業(yè)中的應(yīng)用比較局限，集中在物流企業(yè)某一部分的業(yè)務(wù)上，比如庫(kù)存，配送，因此本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于談及ERP在物流企業(yè)整體上的應(yīng)用，包括微觀上的業(yè)務(wù)層次和宏觀的企業(yè)管理上。

Abstract

The enterprise resources planning (ERP) in the overseas application, the related work also is quite early mature, in recent years it had also proven in China's success application its value is, the physical distribution enterprise does for the specialty makes service enterprises and so on resources allocation, warehousing for the enterprise, ERP also has the research significance in the physical distribution enterprise's application
This article centralism elaborated the ERP related concept as well as the domestic physical distribution enterprise's present situation has made the corresponding analysis to the ERP background, proposed that road of the physical distribution enterprise informationization, and has made the concrete elaboration to ERP in the physical distribution enterprise's application.
This article utilizes the generalized analysis the method to conduct the research, the full text is divided three parts, first had expounded ERP and the related concept, analyze this background domestic physical distribution enterprise's present situation. The second part in view of Our country Physical distribution Enterprise present situation, proposed road of the physical distribution enterprise informational construction, with the ERP conformity physical distribution enterprise's vocational level and the management level, enhances the physical distribution enterprise competitive power. The third part discusses ERP specifically in the physical distribution enterprise's application.
