考研英語(yǔ)申請(qǐng)信寫作技巧
第二節(jié)題型分析（中）
（六）申請(qǐng)信
申請(qǐng)信是寫信人就某一職位或?qū)W位等向收信人提出請(qǐng)求。作為一種公務(wù)性的正規(guī)信件申請(qǐng)信的語(yǔ)言要求既有禮貌又要具有專業(yè)水準(zhǔn)。考生在寫作時(shí)還應(yīng)注意所提供信息的可信性，在強(qiáng)調(diào)自身經(jīng)歷和優(yōu)點(diǎn)的同時(shí)應(yīng)把握尺度。具體寫作步驟如下：
首段：說(shuō)明寫信的目的，介紹本人身份；對(duì)所申請(qǐng)職位或?qū)W位的單位或院校的了解以及自己將會(huì)為對(duì)方所作的貢獻(xiàn)；信息的來(lái)源等。這一段要寫的簡(jiǎn)明而又能吸引收信人的注意。
正文段落：介紹自己的學(xué)歷或工作經(jīng)歷，本人的特長(zhǎng)，已經(jīng)取得的成績(jī)，說(shuō)明你對(duì)這一職位或?qū)W校感興趣以及你對(duì)未來(lái)的打算等等。
結(jié)尾段：表示感謝和期待對(duì)方給自己的申請(qǐng)以優(yōu)先考慮。這段尤其要注意語(yǔ)氣應(yīng)禮貌而又有自信，請(qǐng)求得到面試的機(jī)會(huì)。
