教學(xué)內(nèi)容：
1.單詞early, late, begin, party, surprise
2.打電話英語常用語言。
教學(xué)目標(biāo)：
1. 知識目標(biāo)：
(1) 聽、說、讀、寫四會(huì)掌握單詞early, late, begin, party, surprise
(2) 聽、說、認(rèn)讀單詞expensive
(3) 了解打電話英語常用語言并能在實(shí)際生活中運(yùn)用。
2. 能力目標(biāo)：
能運(yùn)用所學(xué)的語言知識在創(chuàng)設(shè)的情境中進(jìn)行熟練的交際，并在此基礎(chǔ)上能將其運(yùn)用于日常生活之中。
3. 情感目標(biāo)：

step 1：free talk
t: boys and girls. nice to see you.
ss: nice to see you, too.
教師分別與單個(gè)學(xué)生對話：
t: hello! can you tell me how jenny and li ming went to the store?
ss: yes, i can. i think they will walk to the store.
t: what will li ming buy at the store?
ss: i think he will buy a t-shirt and something else.
t: summer holiday is coming. li ming will go to china for his summer holiday. what will jenny and danny do next? do you know? do you want to know?
ss: yes, i want to know very much.
引出課文教學(xué)part 1。
〔設(shè)計(jì)說明：free talk有意識地復(fù)習(xí)本單元課文中學(xué)過的內(nèi)容并引出本課時(shí)教學(xué)內(nèi)容li ming is leaving soon. because summer holiday is coming. jenny and danny will have a party for li ming to say good-bye. 這樣，由free talk所作的導(dǎo)入，至此就完成了與本課題非常自然的銜接。〕
step 2：learn the new words
1. learn the new words: early, late, begin
在黑板上話一只鐘表，鐘表指向開始上英語課的時(shí)間8：00。面向鐘表，在左側(cè)寫上before，在右側(cè)寫上after。在before下面畫一個(gè)鐘表，指針指示上課前的7：40;在after下面畫一個(gè)鐘表，指針指示上課后的8：20。引導(dǎo)學(xué)生進(jìn)行如下對話：
t: we are learning english now. this is english class. when does english class begin? when does it begin? at 8:00. when does it begin?
ss: at 8:00
t: right! (叫起一名自告奮勇的學(xué)生李嶺，讓他站在單詞before下面) look! here’s li ling! he came before 8:00. he is early. early. is he early?
ss: early.
t: right! good for you, li ling! you are early for english class. (叫起一名自告奮勇的學(xué)生姚珊，讓她站在單詞after下面) look! what time does english class begin? when does it begin?
ss: at 8:00.
t: right! here’s yao shan. oh, no! now it’s after 8:00. she is late. is she late?
ss: late!
t: right!( 向yao shan)please don’t be late for english class!
〔設(shè)計(jì)說明：本環(huán)節(jié)突破教材重點(diǎn)，即單詞early, late, begin。通過學(xué)校上課時(shí)間8：00 引出單詞begin，并安排兩個(gè)學(xué)生分別站在7：40、8：20的鐘表下面，表示一個(gè)early，一個(gè)late。通過真實(shí)情境，讓學(xué)生理解early, late, begin，使學(xué)生輕松掌握了三個(gè)單詞。〕
2. learn the new word: surprise
利用角色表演來演示surprise。找一名自告奮勇的學(xué)生，讓這名學(xué)生站到教室外面去。在這名自告奮勇者的書桌里面藏起一件意外的禮物(一面旗子)。教師說：let’s give lin yu a surprise. this flag is a surprise for her.然后那名學(xué)生回到教室，引導(dǎo)如下對話：
t： (向自告奮勇者)i put something in your desk.(向全班)does lin yu know what’s in her desk?
ss: no!
t： very good. lin yu doesn’t know what i put in her desk.. it’s a surprise! a surprise. say it , please.
ss: surprise.
t： yes! (向自告奮勇者)there is a surprise in your desk. can you find it?
自告奮勇者: yes!
t： what is it?
自告奮勇者: a flag!

3. learn the new word: party
用單詞卡片演示party，并用課件顯示插圖p56，引出對話：
look! this is a party, a surprise party. li ming doesn’t know this party. but in this party, steven, jenny, kim, danny, mr. wood, and li ming are coming. i think they will have fun in this party. do you think so? read after me.跟教師讀幾遍單詞party
step 3 ：play games: 愛“拼”才會(huì)贏
1. 先讓學(xué)生找到本節(jié)課所學(xué)與以前所學(xué)的相似的單詞
party ---park early---ear late---lake
讓學(xué)生總結(jié)這些單詞的異同，利用“比較記憶法”快速記住單詞。
2. 突破begin，surprise拼寫難關(guān)
教給學(xué)生“分音節(jié)記憶單詞法”，即雙音節(jié)或多音節(jié)單詞，把它們按音節(jié)分成若干小部party來記憶，如begin分成be + gin，surprise分成sur +prise。
〔設(shè)計(jì)說明：本環(huán)節(jié)專門利用“愛‘拼’才會(huì)贏”的游戲，增強(qiáng)了學(xué)生拼寫單詞的能力。時(shí)尚又貼切的名字，學(xué)生很喜歡接受、也很愿意做這樣的游戲，同時(shí)在游戲中輕松快捷地記住了更多的單詞。因?yàn)樵?ldquo;比較記憶法”中能同時(shí)比較記憶最少兩個(gè)或者更多的單詞，效果很好。而“分音節(jié)記憶單詞法”使學(xué)生記憶單詞更容易了。
