　　自我介紹技巧：

　　1. 擬自我介紹的草稿。擬一個英文草稿，多練習，糾正發音，練習流利程度，才會表現得更從容，可以多準備一些常用的詞組和連接詞，使表達得更地道。

　　2. 簡短的開場白。在比賽時，首先，禮貌的作簡短的開場白。對于在場的評委，都要一一示意。開場白可以是固定英文介紹模版，但切忌不能過長。

　　3. 掌握時間。因為規定了比賽時間，所以既不能超時太長，也不能過于簡短的回答，可以使用一些常用的詞組和連接詞。

　　4. 突出個人的優點和特長，說出自己的興趣愛好及特長。

　　5. 展示個性。使個人形象鮮明，可以適當引用別人的言論。比如主管、朋友的評論，來支持自己，從各方面塑造自己。

　　6. 眼睛不要東張西望，四處游離，顯得漫不經心的樣子。眼睛應多注視評委，但也不能目不轉睛，盡量減少一下手部的輔助動作，保持一種得體的坐姿，也是十分重要的。
