簡約就是美。這句話對于履歷來說，仍舊管用。現在，一頁履歷(one-pagerésumés)還是主打風格，兩頁履歷也開始嶄露頭角。但對于厚且長的履歷，沒有人事經理持歡迎態(tài)度。因為通常人事經理在面試過程中，對待履歷的時間平均不會超過5秒。
