求職信切忌空洞，求職信的內(nèi)容要全面具體，同時(shí)又必須是相互關(guān)聯(lián)的一個(gè)整體，這樣的求職信才能真正對(duì)你的事業(yè)起到推動(dòng)的作用。一封理想的求職信應(yīng)該注意如下的幾點(diǎn)：

一、語(yǔ)言表達(dá)要簡(jiǎn)潔明了，避免使用太多的專業(yè) 術(shù)語(yǔ) 和過(guò)分復(fù)雜的句子。
一方面用人單位不會(huì)在一份 簡(jiǎn)歷 上花費(fèi)太多的時(shí)間;另外一個(gè)方面，簡(jiǎn)潔的語(yǔ)言表述也能體現(xiàn)出你珍惜他人的時(shí)間。
二、在求職信的第一個(gè)段落當(dāng)中應(yīng)該明確地告訴對(duì)方你是在何家媒體看到應(yīng)聘廣告以及所要應(yīng)聘職位的名稱，例如Your advertisement for (職位名稱)a Network Maintenance Engineer in (媒體名稱)the April 10 Student Daily interested me。這樣有助于對(duì)方了解招聘信息的有效傳播途徑。
三、語(yǔ)言客觀實(shí)際。

四、重視開頭、結(jié)尾。

五、表現(xiàn)個(gè)人特色。

另外還有一些內(nèi)容雖然不屬于求職信的一部分，但是也不能忽視，比如紙張的選用，一般采用品質(zhì)優(yōu)良的A4打印紙，正文用打印機(jī)打印出來(lái)。信件的結(jié)尾處簽名必須是自己的手寫簽名。
