1.提前踩點

2.想象自己成功了
隨便走走,就好像你已經屬于那家公司了一樣。假如你看上去就像屬于那家公司了一樣,別人也會更容易想象你已經在那兒工作了的.樣子。想象你這樣走進面試官的辦公室：你身板站直、肩膀舒展、身體平衡、步調自信、雙手隨意在兩側擺動,同時面帶微笑。
3.做好眼神交流
恰當的眼神交流是在初次見面時在雙方之間建立信任的手段之一。你應該直視對方的眼睛,當然,不要盯著對方。在面試全程中,你都需要和對方進行眼神交流。假如一個緊張的求職者不敢于進行眼神交流,那會不斷地暴露出他的緊張情緒。面試官會認為那些不敢和他眼神交流的人不喜歡他、害怕責任,或者將來也不能與同事和顧客很好地建立關系。
4.坐姿要筆直
假如你可以自行選擇坐的地方,選個硬靠背的椅子,別選擇沙發(fā)。否則你會沉在沙發(fā)里,難以表現嚴謹的形象。
你應該筆直而又舒適地坐著,讓你的腳平放在地上,身體輕微向前傾。稍微坐近一點以便于更好地交流,但不要坐得太近,那樣會顯得對別人的個人空間充滿侵略性。
5.不要過多擺弄你的手
避免觸摸你的臉、頭發(fā)和首飾,也不要翻動你的公文包。除非到了該拿出來的時候,你應該把所有你要展示的文件都留在公文包里。
