首先，假條的上方還是應(yīng)該按照半正式的格式寫(xiě)上如下信息： To：假條是遞給誰(shuí)的 From：請(qǐng)假人
Date：寫(xiě)假條的日期(注意不是請(qǐng)假的日期) Subject：寫(xiě)上請(qǐng)假字樣(事假或病假)
其次，在您的請(qǐng)假信第一段，應(yīng)該開(kāi)門(mén)見(jiàn)山但是有禮貌地提出請(qǐng)假。第一段要中心明確，寫(xiě)清您要請(qǐng)假的日期。
然后，在假條的第二段，您應(yīng)該簡(jiǎn)單明了陳述請(qǐng)假的.原因事由。注意敘述清楚明白，并盡可能表示對(duì)此帶來(lái)工作不便的歉意。
