面試英語應該注意的問題
1. know something about the organization you are applying to. (了解一些你申請工作單位的情況)
2. dress properly. don’t shake hand with the interviewer until he/she extends his/her hand. (穿著要得體，人家伸手時才握手。)
3. don’t sit down until invited to do so by the interviewer. (人家未請，先別坐下。)
4. make eye-contact with the interviewer during the interview. (面試時，眼睛要看著對方。)
5. listen actively and stay calm. (注意聽，保持冷靜。)
6. if invited to a meal, be especially careful about your table manners. (被邀吃飯時，要特別注意餐桌禮節。)
7. don’t talk with your mouth full. (嘴里有食物，不可開口說話)
8. don’t make much noise while you eat. (吃東西不要出聲音)
9. don’t blow your nose or use the toothpick at table. (不要擰鼻涕或用牙簽剔牙)
10. don’t appear to be pushy or overly anxious to get a job.（不必過分表現急著要工作)
11. be honest but not too modest.（要誠實，但不必太謙虛)

面試英語的四大核心問題
A.性格測試Personality Questions
包括失敗問題(Failure Questions)、自知問題 (Self-awareness Questions)、道德問題(Ethics/Sensitivity Questions)、趣味問題(Fun Questions)
攻克這類問題需要應聘者有一個正確的自我認知，最忌邏輯混亂，自相矛盾。
B.簡歷問題Resume Questions
包括決斷能力(Decisionmaking Rationale)、團隊能力(Teamwork)、領導能力(Leadership)
能夠體現個人決斷能力和領導能力的事例無非是各種社會實踐經驗和實習經歷，在面試準備中，應聘者尤其要注意總結簡歷中所提到的相關經驗，能夠舉出實例最好。
C.溝通測試 Communications Questions
比如“請在2分鐘內教會我一項技能”、“向我推銷桌上的臺燈”這類問題。
一般來說，這種問題是最難應付的。面對變化多端的題目和場景，應聘者唯一能做的就是堅持自己的立場。一旦陷入面試官設計的陷阱，你的溝通和推銷能力就打了折扣。

考官會詢問你的商業興趣、商業知識。
