　　A：I dont agree with someone elses opinion if I think hes wrong，but when I understand his thinking and see he has some good ideas， then Im very happy to go along with him.

　　A：I have very strong observation power.I can generate interesting ideas from minor things and once the idea is formed，I have strong urge to put it into action.

　　A：I dont try to go ahead of people and lead them. Id rather cooperate with everybody else， and get the job done by working together.
