電話面試英語口語問題
很多外企在當面的面試之前會有一個電話英語面試，時間一般在20~30分鐘左右，用以核實求職者的背景和英文表達力。新東方求職面試英語研究專家馮老師建議，求職者在投遞簡歷以后要做好各種充分的準備。
準備幾個基本問題 如果你提前知道了電話面試的時間，則可以在面試時把簡歷、coverletter放在你旁邊的桌子上，直接運用里面的句子回答問題。一些基本的問題，你可以事先準備好答案。通常，在電話英語面試的時候會提道：
Please tell me something unreflected at yourC.V./about yourself/your experience/your activities.談談你簡歷中沒有提及的一些事情/談談你自己/你的經歷/你參與的活動。
An example of team work.舉出一個你參與團體合作的例子。
Why do you choose this position?你為什么選擇這個職位。
Why should we hire you?為什么我們應該雇用你? 開放式討論如In formationTechnology(信息技術)或者the role of university in society(大學的社會角色)等，主要考查求職者的思維方式。
自由提問。求職者可以事先準備一些問題去詢問面試官。
聽不清時怎么辦
如果有話語沒有聽清楚，求職者不必緊張，可以鎮定地請求再說一遍。可以用到的句子： 字串8 pardon?請再說一遍 Would you please simplify the question?您能把這個問題說得簡單些嗎?
Would you please say iti nother words?您能用別的話來表達您的意思嗎?
Would you please speak a little bit louder?I can not hear you clearly.您說話聲音能大一點好嗎?我聽不清楚。
如何應對突襲電話面試 當你正在球場或者公交車上突然接到了面試電話，此時沒有任何準備，建議你首先試探看看是否可以給你個準備時間稍后再進行電話面試。可以用到的句子：
May I call you back half an hour l ater?May I have your phone number and recall you? 如果可以贏得時間，你應該馬上趕回去，攤開資料寫出一個提綱，從容應答。如果對方不同意推遲時間，你應該馬上找個安靜的地方坐下來開始回答。

你應該這么做：
1.Prepare yourself for the call as you would for a face-to-face interview.
你怎么準備“面對面”面試的，就怎么準備電話面試。
2.Choose a quiet place to take the call, with no risk of interruption or background noise.
找一個安靜的地方接受電話面試，確保不會被打斷，也不要有背景雜音。
3.Pay as much attention to listening as to speaking.
聽清楚問題和好好回答問題一樣重要。
4.Call from a landline to minimise the chance of interference or lost connection.
用固定電話進行電話面試，以避免發生信號中斷或信號干擾。
5.Take things slowly –there is no need to rush.
慢慢來，沒有什么事需要你急著去做的。
Don't:
你不應該這么做：
1.Do something else while talking on the phone –give the call your full attention.
邊打電話邊做其他事情——你應該專心致志地進行電話面試。
2.Fail to take the interview seriously –it's your opportunity to make a good impression.
不把電話面試當回事 ——這是你給招聘人留下好印象的機會。
3.Forget to listen and respond to the interviewer's questions.
忘記認真聆聽提問，也不記得回答面試官的問題。
4.Portray a poor telephone manner –remember, you are trying to impress.
不注重電話禮儀——記住，你要想著給面試官留下好印象。
5.Exhibit a lack of enthusiasm –the interviewer expects to hear that you want this job.
表現出興趣缺缺的樣子——面試官希望聽到的是，你非常渴望這份工作。
