在實(shí)習(xí)期間，我逐漸的掌握了腫瘤病人護(hù)理的專科知識(shí)，化療藥物的作用，不良反應(yīng)及其處理，熟悉了呼吸機(jī)，除顫儀，心電監(jiān)護(hù)機(jī)，卡塞機(jī)，輸液泵等機(jī)器的應(yīng)用，終于可以熟練的把理論知識(shí)運(yùn)用到實(shí)際的護(hù)理活動(dòng)中來。在實(shí)習(xí)過程中我所表現(xiàn)的工作責(zé)任心，較快接受能力和動(dòng)手能力曾獲得帶教老師的好評(píng)。一年的直接臨床實(shí)踐開闊了我的視野，提高了我分析解決問題的能力，形成了比較沉穩(wěn)的工作作風(fēng)。
