英文簡歷語法格式

　　簡歷是大多數人實踐文字設計的最常見載體。人人都希望簡歷給人留下好印象，因此或多或少會告誡自己「注意排版」。問題在于具體注意些什么。以下十條是最基本的規則，若能做到，你的英文簡歷已經比 90% 的中國人(包括英文系學生)的規范美觀了。

英文簡歷語法格式

　　一、標點符號一律使用半角。

　　二、逗號、句號、分號、冒號、感嘆號、問號和它們后面的字符之間必須留一個半角空格。

　　錯誤：Hi,I'm an entrepreneur.Canyoumake this app for me for free?Because,you know,I have this brilliant ideabut Idon't know how to code.

　　正確：Hi, I'm an entrepreneur.Can youmake this app for me for free? Because, you know, I have this brilliantideabut I don't know how to code.

　　三、逗號、句號、分號、冒號、感嘆號、問號和它們前面的字符之間不可留任何空格。

　　四、將長串數字分開寫，降低辨識的難度。

　　五、書名、雜志名、電影名、音樂專輯名、英文中出現的外文(包括拼音，人名除外)用斜體。

　　錯誤：In 2008, I created thisamazingservice during my internship at Playboy which is totally LBS avant lalettre.

　　正確：In 2008, I created thisamazingservice during my internship at Playboy which is totally LBS avant lalettre.

　　六、對于電話區號應用不同的符號區分。

　　錯誤：+86-139-2739-6856

　　正確：(86) 139 2739 6856 或 (86) 139-2739-6856

　　七、對于有序列表，應采用「阿拉伯數字+ 英文句點+ 半角空格」的方式。

　　錯誤：

　　正確：

　　八、括號弧線外要留空格，弧線內不要。

　　但同一個單詞內的括號例外：

　　九、用彎引號，不要用直(的彎)引號。

　　錯誤："Bazinga!" 'Youarepwned!'

　　正確：“Bazinga!” ‘You are pwned!’

　　十、正確使用各種短橫：emdash (—) 是破折號，en dash (–) 用來連接年份、時間，是「到」的意思，hyphen (-) 是連字符。

　　錯誤：Glenn Gould (1932-1982)isprobably my one and only hero - the person who taught me to thinkdifferentlywell before Steve Jobs.

　　注意：

　　若寫作時用兩個 hyphen (--) 代替破折號，Word 等字處理軟件會自動將其轉為 em dash。有鑒于 em dash 輸入不便(Mac 上是shift + option + -)，這也是英文寫作通用的替代法。
