醫(yī)生是一個神圣的職業(yè)，做一名好的醫(yī)生必須有良好的醫(yī)德醫(yī)風(fēng)，對病人負(fù)責(zé)，對疾病負(fù)責(zé)，是我們每一個臨床醫(yī)生義不容辭的責(zé)任。我們在臨床學(xué)習(xí)中要學(xué)會做聰明的醫(yī)生，有自我保護(hù)意識，避免醫(yī)療糾紛，膽大心要細(xì)，耐心地為病人家屬講解病情的危重程度，這樣一來也能改善醫(yī)患關(guān)系，能更好地促進(jìn)醫(yī)生與病人及其家屬之間的交流。醫(yī)患關(guān)系很重要，只有相互理解，相互配合，才能有利于疾病的轉(zhuǎn)歸，彼此應(yīng)當(dāng)“換位思考”，站在對方的角度體驗，疾病的難度，患者的焦急，醫(yī)生的盡力，都需要很好的交流與溝通。我們醫(yī)生應(yīng)當(dāng)把病人與疾病放在第一位，以治好疾病為目的，以減輕病人痛苦為原則，認(rèn)真耐心地對待每一個病人及每一個疾病。
在內(nèi)科實習(xí)過程中,我遇見過的一些臨床常見疾病如:腦出血,腦栓塞,蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔出血,小腦出血,頭痛,急性脊髓炎,麻醉意外性腦癱,周圍性面癱,冠心病心絞痛,急性心肌梗死,高血壓病,慢性腎炎,腎病綜合征,系膜增生性腎小球腎炎,尿毒癥,腎盂腎炎,慢性支氣管炎,肺氣腫,肺部感染,咯血查因,上消化道出血,酒精性肝硬化,脾腫大,消化性潰瘍,慢性胃炎,貧血,糖尿病,低血糖昏迷,急性淋巴細(xì)胞白血病, 在這些疾病中我初步學(xué)會了怎樣用藥,初步懂的了其臨床表現(xiàn),能夠基本掌握一般知識要領(lǐng).
實習(xí)了一段時間，我還學(xué)會了處理各種的人際關(guān)系。科室里面，醫(yī)生和護(hù)士的關(guān)系，醫(yī)生和醫(yī)生之間的關(guān)系，醫(yī)生和病人及家屬的關(guān)系，下級醫(yī)生和上級醫(yī)生的關(guān)系。。。最大的體會就是低調(diào)——別把自己看得太了不起。‘三人行，必有我?guī)?rsquo;，上級醫(yī)生當(dāng)然不用說，護(hù)士老師也相當(dāng)棒。今天又有一個閉式引流，我去給水封瓶裝生理鹽水。鉗子很不好使，那個金屬的蓋子怎么也打不開，護(hù)士老師上來幾下就開了，真是帥呆了;病人也非常值得尊敬，需要我們的'關(guān)心，大家互相尊重互相信任，才能戰(zhàn)勝我們共同的敵人——疾病。
光陰似箭，日月如梭，轉(zhuǎn)眼一年的時間就過去了，在理論學(xué)習(xí)后的臨床實踐我才剛剛起步，臨床經(jīng)驗還需要很大程度的積累，臨床技能還需要很大程度的加強。這段學(xué)習(xí)的日子，也開始收獲臨床的點點滴滴，這些就是我第一次臨床實習(xí)過程中對自己學(xué)習(xí)的評價，也是我一生中的體會。
