I got to know her personally when she was taking my course Practical Reading that I was teaching. Studying with conscientiousness, Ms. X often came up with creative ideas. Unlike some other students, she studied not to just pass the exams but to really improve the knowledge and expertise. To help quench her thirst for knowledge, I have recommended many reading materials to her, and she finished them quickly and nicely. I think she is a very intelligent young fellow.
Ms. X is the kind of student who has strong will to turn knowledge into practice. She found the way to use her knowledge of management in her position of commissary in charge of entertainment. She has organized successfully talent competitions for several times in her college. In addition, as a member of the class committee, she organized successful class-meetings to deal with the daily affairs.
She often talks with about her idea of studying in another university, especially the famous one like yours. So she is constantly preparing herself. One thing that I know is that she passed the CET (College English Test) Band 6 with a pretty high score, which is very rare among sophomores.
