1) 我們一進入考場，考官一般都要求作自我介紹，開頭可以用一句話引入，例如：Dear professors, I feel so glad to meet all of you here. 然后就可以進入主題，介紹自己及相關的信息等等。
2) 自我介紹的主體內容
① 姓名，介紹自己姓名時，發音一定要慢要準。
② 年齡，年齡可說可不說，可以跟在姓名后帶過(I am XXX, 25 years old)，也可以加上家鄉和家庭的介紹。
③ 原來的院校、專業：一定要把原來學校或公司的英文名稱、專業的英文名稱弄清楚。在職考生則應將自己公司、自己職位、職稱的`英文名稱弄明白。
