摘要：隨著我國(guó)加入WTO，全球經(jīng)濟(jì)1體化以及中國(guó)資本與外國(guó)資本的交融與跨國(guó)流動(dòng)，對(duì)于我國(guó)公司理財(cái)，這既是1個(gè)機(jī)遇,又是1個(gè)嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。財(cái)務(wù)則由計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下的適應(yīng)型、服務(wù)型搖身1變?yōu)橹鲗?dǎo)型、控制型財(cái)務(wù)，而公司理財(cái)對(duì)企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)越來(lái)越重要。本文對(duì)加入WTO給我國(guó)公司理財(cái)在整體行業(yè)、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、市場(chǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)變化、人力資源競(jìng)爭(zhēng)等等影響進(jìn)行客觀、理性的分析，從戰(zhàn)略角度出發(fā)，論述我國(guó)公司理財(cái)應(yīng)該在理財(cái)觀念和理財(cái)戰(zhàn)略上的轉(zhuǎn)變，從戰(zhàn)術(shù)角度出發(fā)，論述面對(duì)加入WTO帶來(lái)的挑戰(zhàn)應(yīng)采取的具體對(duì)策。

Chinas accession to the WTO on the impact of financial companies
Abstract: With Chinas accession to the WTO and globalization of the world economy and Chinas capital and foreign capital with a blend of cross-border flows, For my company management, this is an opportunity that is a serious challenge. Finance from a planned economy to adapt to the type of service-oriented suddenly, the type of financial control, and the company of financial enterprises are increasingly important. In this paper, the accession to the WTO to Chinese companies in the overall financial management industry, market competition, changes in market risk, the competitiveness of human resources and so on impact objective, rational analysis, from the strategic perspective, discussed our financial companies should manage financial and strategic change, from a tactical perspective, entry into the WTO discussed the challenges to be taken specific measures.
