　　標題：從語用翻譯學角度看漢公示語英譯

　　1)本選題國內外研究的現狀

　　公示語是國際化都市、旅游目的地的語言環境和人文環境的重要組成部分。因此,漢語公示語的英譯日趨重要。但現在在我國各大城市的公示語翻譯中存在著參差不齊的錯誤，對公示語的研究在國內尚在發展完善中，其中呂和方指出了公示語的四種應用功能特征:指示性、提示性、限制性、強制性,分析了公示語的“動態”和“靜態”信息,并對公示語獨特的語言風格進行了闡述。王銀泉、萬正方、金龍等剖析了我國城市公共場所公示語英譯中存在的失誤現象,提出具體的可行性改進意見,探討了公示語翻譯的方法和規律。于秋、黃小明認為由于語言和文化的不同,漢語公示語在英譯時經常出現語用失效問題,這些問題主要表現在語用語言失誤和社交語用失誤兩方面。2003年8月,北京第二外國語學院開通了“漢英公示語研究在線”，2004年9月負責主編了《漢英公示語詞典》,系統總結了目前的公示語翻譯,并成立了“漢英公示語研究課題組”。

　　2)本選題的意義、重點、難點及創新點

　　意義：現在在我國部分城市的公示語中，由于沒有正確把握語用等效的原則,出現了信息偏差、信息錯誤和信息交際障礙，即語用失誤，包含語用語言方面的失誤和社交語用方面的失誤。本文擬從語用角度分析在我國部分公示語的翻譯問題，通過探討公示語的語言特點和語用功能,提出公示語的翻譯原則和方法。

　　重點：本選題重在從語用的角度來討論公示語的翻譯，研究在公示語的翻譯中應遵循語用等效的原則。

　　難點：怎樣從從語用學翻譯的角度來根據關聯理論，充分考慮語境，運用語用等效的原則來進行公示語翻譯。

　　創新點：我國現有的研究公示語翻譯的論文有很多，但本文提出公示語的翻譯應該重視語境的作用,增加關聯度,擴大認知環境,以達到語用等效目的。
