　　Organizational and Planning Questions:

　　Organizational and planning questions demonstrate how you approach

　　your job and how you think. If someone appears disorganized, more

　　likely than not, that candidate will be rejected.

　　28．"Tell me about a goal you set for yourself and how you accomplished it."

　　分析：給自己的工作和生活設定有效的計劃并按計劃執(zhí)行是一個非常好的習慣，

　　如果你現(xiàn)在還沒有這個習慣，不妨開始學著去做。至少，你應該知道怎么

　　去制訂計劃并執(zhí)行。

　　29．"Do you typically achieve what you set out to do?"

　　分析：直觀上感覺面試官是在考察你是不是一個有恒心和毅力的人，因此回答“是”無疑是一個穩(wěn)妥的答案（如例一）。但是很可能所有應聘者都會給出肯定的答案，你不妨嘗試做點改變（如例二）。
