記得一次學校舉辦冬季三項運動會，作為班長，老師交給我的任務就是組織同學按時到不同地點比賽。臨到我們班要比跳繩時，一位男生才跟我說他沒繩子，還指定要一種罕見的'沒有計算器的繩子。盡管最終幫他找到了繩子，當時我的態度并不好。事后我平靜下來，我現自己其實是有收獲的，我多了一個經驗，下次再遇到這些活動，應該事先做好突發情況的備案。這樣遇到類似的問題，我會比同齡處理地更好。在平靜地思考中，我平息了怒火，找到愉悅。
