CD01 Final Quality Check engineer 成品檢驗工程師

Responsibilities工作職責：

Draft and prepare for the reports of finished and semi-finished products

Be responsible for the overall measurement and examination of the finished products’ quality. (Referring to specific examining documents);

Evaluate quality measuring results of finished and semi-finished products, as well as track, handle and report the abnormity;

Complete the examining reports, collect and report the feedbacks from clients, and put forward rational proposals;

Handle the CIQ affairs regarding the export product.

Perform other duties as required from manager

Requirements任職要求：

Designing and improving partly or in total power tools and its components. This includes

Construction by using Pro/E, calculations of stability and strength, tolerance calculations

Material selection based on requirements and strength properties;

Layout of gear transmissions;

Work with suppliers on the manufacturing processes like plastic molding, machining steel parts, stamping parts;

Requirements任職要求：

Master or above; Mechanical background: such as Mechanical, Automation, Industrial engineering;

Good knowledge in mechanical design;

Good at Pro/E;

HZ06 Junior Buyer采購專員

Responsibilities工作職責：

Responsible for the procurement of indirect materials of low technical and purchasing complexity;

Conduct procurement transactions, starting with gathering information about suppliers, materials and prices.　

Prepares the sending of RFQs, sends them, and conducts COQ, with the final act of placing the actual order.

Monitor the delivery dates, maintain a good relationship with the suppliers and to clarify with them in case of discrepancies.

Negotiation with and evaluation of suppliers also falls into his responsibility.

Conduct price comparisons and to implement cost reduction measures.

SZ01 SW Test engineer軟件測試工程師

Make test plan for ABS/ ESP SW project;
